Dear Students, Faculty, Partners, and Friends,

This is an official announcement for renaming Burmese Bible School(BBS) as we are in the process of registering our institution as  Judson Education Center: Bible College, Mission Resources, International School, Adults for Continuing Education. Please continue to pray with us for this historic transition from BBS to A Judson Education Center.

However, the original BBS will remain as Lyncourt Wesleyan Church Ministry to train the laity for their Myanmar Service and leadership development. The rest of the teaching sites (Milwaukee, WI; Buffalo, NY; Metro DC Area, and Fort Wayne, IN) that started as interdenominational will be renamed as Judson Education Center to continue her vision, mission, and objectives for church planting and leadership development among Burmese refugees and immigrants here and abroad. Thanking you for your anticipation, your continued prayer support, financial support, teaching aids and partnership.

JBC Mission Summit 2012 was successfully held at Davis College, Johnson City, New York between December 15 and 16, 2012. The LORD has blessed us with this successful historical event to bid farewell to academic year 2012 with a sense of achievement and fulfillment. To God alone be the glory! Brief discussion regarding the nomination of official representatives from nationwide JBC campuses was held later in the afternoon of the first day of the event on December 15, 2012.

Dr. Thuam C. Khai chaired the meeting, which approximately took about 30 minutes or more in order to nominate official representatives for the respective JBC campuses across the United States. He, before proceeding to the meeting, requested the Registrar, Ngo T. Pau to serve as the Recording Secretary to write down the meeting minutes over the nomination of official representatives from nationwide JBC campuses. Students from each JBC campus were elected as official representatives to represent their respective campuses upon the strong recommendations of their respective Coordinators or Campus Directors and the overwhelming supports from their fellow students.
